Exercise host / equipment links based on the
semiconductor industry protocol SECS-II over HSMS or SECS-I.
This is a pure Java implementation using Jython as
scripting engine! It uses Java 2 technology and requires Sun JDK /
JRE 1.4.2 or higher to run. If you need to install Java (It must be
installed on your system before you can run FABSpecs.), please
download it from www.java.com.
