a software engineering company specialized in SEMI protocol implementation and integration for production equipment in the semiconductor and flat panel display industries.

We do

the implementation of equipment and module controllers, protocol converters, and automation software components.

We sell

customizable toolkits for SEMI E4, E5, E30, E40, E37, E87, E90, E94 and E116
in C source code for various platforms.

Since

1993.

We feel that every individual person as well as every company should assume some social responsibility. This thinking is part of our philosophy and daily practice.
For example, for us, it is a matter of course that parents can bring their children to their workplace, if needed (big packs of cornflakes are stored in our kitchen and particularly popular with the kids).
Juvenile school kids are welcome for practical training.

Along with a lot of other social activities, we supported several days school projects,sponsored school sport equipment, took active part in founding and maintaining a forest-kindergarten, helped with a local compain to aid mistreated women.
